Mumbai University announced first year admission schedule: The University of Mumbai revealed the schedule for pre-admission online registration for students applying to 3-year and 4-year degree courses in the academic year 2024-2025. Starting from Saturday, May 25, at 5 PM, students can begin the registration process. This marks the first time that the New Education Policy (NEP) guidelines will be put into action in non-autonomous colleges for these degree programs.

For the academic year 2024-2025, the University of Mumbai introduces a diverse fields of undergraduate programs, such as BA, B.Sc, and B.Com. Notably, courses like BMS, BBA, and BCA, now under the purview of AICTE, will conduct admissions through the CET Cell post the announcement of exam results. Pooja Raundale, Director of Examination and Evaluation Board, underscores the need for all affiliated and autonomous colleges to comply, ensuring a smooth admission process.
